Fee's & Policies:
All rates subject to change without prior notice. Rates vary depending on season and number of guests. Please e-mail us for specific rates. A Government Room Tax of 8% will be added to all room and villa rental rates. Sailing charters also incur additional British VI taxes.
Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total amount due is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance due should be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Some villas require a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory departure.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing, with a signature, via fax or mail. Reservations canceled within 60 (sixty) days or more of your arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within less than 60 days prior to arrival date will be fully non-refundable (if the property is completely rebooked for the time canceled, the deposit may be refunded less a 20% handling fee). Beach Nuts and property managers will not be responsible for inclement weather. We highly recommend travel insurance available through your local travel agent.
Liability: All properties are privately owned. Owners and property managers reserve the right to refuse service at their own discretion. Beach Nuts will not be responsible for damage, loss of money, jewelry or valuables, personal injury, accidents, and inclement weather. Beach Nuts highly recommends Travel Insurance available through your travel agent. Two recommendations for travel insurance are Globalcare.com or 1-800-821-2488; CSATravel.com.
Check in on most properties is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Please review your Beach Nuts confirmation letter for details of your selected property.
