Dive Package

Our dive packages consist of six tank and ten tank package. This is for certified divers, novice to experienced, and we give a discount for divers with their own BC and Regulator.

Dives are morning dives from 9 am to 12 pm, and do not have to be in consecutive days. One day of diving can be exchanged for a one tank night dive.

Jeep Rental

There are many beaches to explore and vistas to see. Although Safari Taxi's are abundant and rates are reasonable, we do recommend sightseeing St. John in your own vehicle. With only three main roads for easy navigation, it takes approximately 3 hours to circle the island. We do drive on the left, a reminder of our Dutch past.

This Month's Island Recipe

Cinnamon Bay French Toast with Coconut Syrup:

6 eggs well beaten

1/2 C orange juice

1/3 C Grand Marnier

1/2 C half and half

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1tbsp gated orange peel

1 loaf of cinnamon rasin bread, unsliced

4 tbsp butter

Cinnamon to taste

The night before serving, beat eggs in large bowl. Add orange juice, Grand Marnier, half and half, vanilla, salt, and orange peel, mix well. cut eight slices of bread each 1" thick, dip into liquid mixture, turning to coat well. pour remaining liquid over. Cover and refrigerate over night. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in large skillet. Add bread a few slices at a time, and cook over medium heat until golden. Continue to add butter and cook in batches. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve with your favorite toping. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.

Coconut Syrup Combine 1/4 cup cream of Coconut with 3/4 cup maple syrup.
